PresenceWorks provides digital wellness tools, guided practices, and AI-powered applications for mindfulness and presence-based living. The services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions
If an app or program is offered for purchase, the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout apply. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

The services, their content, and their design are owned by PresenceWorks LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create in our apps remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to store and display it within the service.
